The whistleblowing channel allows you to confidentially or anonymously communicate any information about a crime or violation, a threat or harm to the public interest, a violation or an attempt to hide a violation of applicable and binding law (laws, regulations, etc.) or a breach of the Code of Conduct

This easy-to-access and use channel will be essential to Binance's transparency policy. It will promote openness and honesty in our company, where everyone can speak up and be heard.

Complaints are treated by independent experts confidentially and in accordance with current regulations. In addition, whistleblowers enjoy the protection against the risk of retaliation provided by applicable local legislation, provided that this information has been submitted in good faith and in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of whistleblowers from regulatory and anti-corruption violations.

Any abuse of the whistleblowing system may expose the complainant to disciplinary sanctions or legal action. Those who, with knowledge of their falsehood or reckless disregard for the truth, impute to a person facts that, if true, would constitute a criminal offense, if this accusation were made before a judicial or administrative official who has the duty to investigate them, will be punished in the terms provided for in article 456 of the Spanish Penal Code.

It should be noted that, in accordance with the provisions of art. 16 of Law 2/2023, any person may inform the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants, A.A.I., or any corresponding autonomous authority or body, of the commission of any action or omission included in the scope of application of Law 2/2023, either directly or by prior communication through the internal Binance channel.
